Winter Specials at Public Dining Room


Just to warm you up this winter, Public Dining Room had introduced a few new dishes to the menu.
Corn Seafood Chowder, brimming with prawns, clams, snapper, mussels finished with a golden salmon croquette and served with warm sourdough, it’s a refined warming twist on a seafood classic.
Braised Beef Cheek, slow cooked, infused with aromatic five-spice and served atop creamy gochujang mash. Accompanied with the comforting flavours of sweet Dutch carrots, crisp oi muchim and a velvety red wine jus.
Available everyday until the end of August.
